McLaren – 9/10
McLaren have finally unlocked the full potential of their package, boasting the fastest car on the grid in 2025. The team has taken a commanding lead in the constructors’ championship, though off-track tensions between their drivers slightly sour an otherwise dominant campaign.
Oscar Piastri – 9/10
The young Australian has taken a massive step forward, maturing into a genuine title contender. Piastri’s clinical approach, consistent qualifying performances, and ability to maximise race day results make him the standout driver of the season so far.
Lando Norris – 7/10
While Norris remains very much in the title fight, he’s been guilty of throwing away points with unforced errors and underwhelming Saturdays. If he can clean up his performances, he may still challenge Piastri for the crown, but for now, he’s playing catch-up.
Ferrari – 5/10
Ferrari’s season has been riddled with poor strategy, technical gremlins, and a lack of cohesion. Disqualifications and ride height issues have cost them vital points, and the team remains frustratingly inconsistent.
Lewis Hamilton – 4/10
The seven-time world champion’s much-hyped move to Ferrari has been anything but smooth. A best finish of P4 in twelve races paints a grim picture, with Hamilton notably struggling to pass slower cars and showing uncharacteristic hesitancy on track.

Gasly deserves immense credit. He’s dragged the car into Q3 on multiple occasions and even scored points, despite the dysfunction around him.
Franco Colapinto – 2/10
His return to F1 has been disappointing. Too many crashes, no points, and little improvement — Colapinto looks like a stopgap, not a long-term solution.
