Iron Maiden frontman Bruce Dickinson has stated he would reject any offer for the band to perform at Glastonbury Festival, arguing that the event doesn’t suit their style or fanbase. In a recent interview, Dickinson made it clear that even if Glastonbury extended an invitation, he would turn it down.
“If they invited us, I’d still say no,” he said. “Glastonbury just isn’t the right place for Iron Maiden. It doesn’t reflect who we are or what we do.”
Dickinson, known for his outspoken nature, questioned the festival’s musical focus, suggesting it caters more to mainstream genres like pop and indie rather than hard rock or heavy metal.
