The 2025 Formula 1 season continues with the Bahrain Grand Prix at the Bahrain International Circuit in Sakhir, marking the fourth race of the year. The event is scheduled from April 11 to April 13, 2025.
In the previous race at the Japanese Grand Prix, Max Verstappen secured his first win of the season, closing the gap to championship leader Lando Norris, who finished second. This sets the stage for an intense battle as the season progresses.
Lewis Hamilton, driving for Ferrari, has expressed concerns over his team’s performance. After a seventh-place finish in Japan, Hamilton highlighted issues with the car’s rear stability and urged Ferrari to accelerate improvements. Teammate Charles Leclerc echoed these sentiments, with both drivers and team principal Fred Vasseur acknowledging the need to close the performance gap to competitors.
The Bahrain International Circuit has undergone modifications ahead of the race weekend. The FIA addressed issues with dislodged drain covers by filling problematic areas with concrete, aiming to enhance safety and prevent disruptions experienced during pre-season testing.
Weather conditions in Bahrain are expected to be warm and sunny, typical for the region. Forecasts predict daytime temperatures ranging from 23°C to 27°C (73°F to 81°F), with nighttime lows around 20°C (68°F). Minimal rainfall is anticipated, ensuring dry track conditions throughout the weekend.
Fans can look forward to a weekend of high-speed action as teams and drivers tackle the challenges of the Bahrain Grand Prix, striving to gain crucial points in the early stages of the championship.
