Hamilton HUMBLED as Red Bull star delivers brutal verdict over 2025 debate

In a candid assessment of Red Bull Racing’s current standing, four-time Formula 1 World Champion Max Verstappen has acknowledged the team’s recent decline in dominance. Reflecting on the 2024 season, Verstappen admitted, “Our dominance is completely gone,” highlighting the intensified competition from rivals such as Ferrari, McLaren, and Mercedes.

This shift in the competitive landscape has not gone unnoticed by other drivers. Lewis Hamilton, who recently transitioned to Ferrari, remarked that he is “not surprised” by Red Bull’s challenges, attributing them to the natural progression of the sport and the team’s reduced development time due to their prior successes.

Internally, Verstappen has been vocal about the need for improvement. Discussing the team’s performance issues, he emphasized the importance of addressing specific weaknesses over the winter to regain their competitive edge. He stated, “If we can rectify certain weaknesses over the winter, we’ll be back at the front.”

As the 2025 season approaches, Verstappen’s acknowledgment of Red Bull’s challenges underscores the evolving dynamics within Formula 1, setting the stage for a potentially unpredictable championship battle.
