Red Bull Racing has undergone significant changes ahead of the 2025 Formula One season. After a challenging 2024 campaign, where the team struggled to maintain their previous dominance, Sergio Pérez departed from Red Bull Racing. He was replaced by New Zealand driver Liam Lawson, who had previously filled in during the 2024 season.

This reshuffle led to a vacancy in Red Bull’s junior team, Racing Bulls. French driver Isack Hadjar, who finished as the runner-up in the 2024 Formula 2 championship, was promoted to Racing Bulls, securing his first full-time Formula One seat.

The 2025 season will see six rookies on the grid, the most significant influx since 2010. Andrea Kimi Antonelli replaces Lewis Hamilton at Mercedes, while Oliver Bearman steps up from Ferrari’s academy to race for Haas. Jack Doohan joins Alpine, and Gabriel Bortoleto, the reigning Formula 2 champion, joins Sauber. These changes, along with the promotions of Lawson and Hadjar, are set to make the upcoming season particularly exciting.

The Australian Grand Prix, scheduled for March 14-16, will mark the beginning of the 2025 season, introducing fans to these new driver line-ups and setting the stage for what promises to be a thrilling year in Formula One.
