The year 2025 is just around the corner, but until then there are still plenty of games to play. FC Porto has five matches ahead of them, where they will try to emerge victorious after the results crisis.
With less than a month to go until the end of 2024, FC Porto will have a more or less full December, which could bring Vitor Bruno’s team closer to the leadership of the Primeira Liga. Of the three ‘big’ ones, the Dragons have the most relaxed schedule, due to already being out of the Portuguese Cup.
The blue and white team will have five games ahead, four of them in the First League and one in the Europa League. More recently, the Dragons had a run of four games without winning, which ended in the last round of the championship against Casa Pia with a 2-0 victory. Currently, the team is in second place, three points behind leader Sporting, but could be overtaken by Benfica due to the delayed round against Nacional.
FC Porto’s next duel concerns the 13th round of the Portuguese league and will be against Famalicão, which occupies seventh place in the league table. After the victory against Casa Pia, the blue and whites will try to win the three points, as they have once again found their way to victory.
