In a surprising turn of events, Lando Norris has edged out Max Verstappen to claim the top spot in the 2024 Formula 1 power rankings. Despite Verstappen’s fourth consecutive world championship title, Norris’s impressive performances throughout the season earned him an average score of 8.2, narrowly surpassing Verstappen’s average of 8.1.
